Should the router UPnP be enabled or disabled
I think depending on which document you look WDmyCloud recommends both
What is the word on that
Currently I have mine disabled but should it be?

Some places it will say UPnP is a security risk …
It is often recommended to set a static IP, open ports manually etc. for stable access …
I know how to do this but doing it never worked, it would say that ports weren’t open, even when they were, and drive would often become inaccessible…
— So, in the end, I’ve enabled UPnP as that seems to be the only way to make it all works smoothly
mine is the opposite
works well disabled !!
