Hey everyone, I’m a computer novice who just purchased the WDmycloud 2Tb. I have successfully uploaded music from my itunes library following the learning center instructions. However, I am now running into problems trying to upload video and photos from my mac hard drive dirtectly to WDmycloud following the same instructions. It’s probably something very simple that I’m just not familiar with. If anyone can help, I’d appreciate it.
Map the drive on your Mac through Finder. Then copy and paste or drag and drop the files on the My Cloud.
