Uploading file is not possible from cloud(from app or web)

Hello guys

I can’t upload files from internet by app or web, there is no error shows up and only freezing or being failed.
viewing and downloading is possible,
uploading from local net is possible.
I tried rebooting , resetting network ,
creating folder is possible also and only files can’t being uploaded
my cloud is connected in relay connection but was working perfectly before.

Did you try to upload data files using another web browser?

Yes tried,no user no from any app or any browser could upload
