I am using a My Cloud EX2 Ultra and I am trying to upgrade my old My Cloud account to My Cloud OS 5 and it has found the account but won’t let me upgrade. I have triple checked the username and passwords.
You won’t be able to use the OS3 cloud account with the OS5. You will need to create an OS5 cloud account with the OS5 as they are two different cloud infrastructure and login system.
