This might seem silly or basic, but I dont have any to help me.
I have a WX EX4 with 4 drives in is. It runs OS3. I recently purchased a new WD EX4100 with OS 5. How do I switch my devices? Can I just power up the EX4100 and then insert the drives from the EX 4 into it?
I want to replicate the EX4 device as I run a small business and have 3-4 people who access the drive. I have accounts and other things on the drives. Just don’t know how to make the switch.
Any guidance is much appreciated.

I also van not upgrade to 5. I can nog logg in and dont recive a mail for changing my password. I dont get help from the support because i dont speak and write English. How do i get support in europe???
