Upgraded to 2.11.153 now permanent red LED

This is a nightmare - I have upgraded to the new f/w and no have no access to the EX4 with a permanent red LED - connecting via ethernet doesn’t work and there is no way of downgrading - any ideas?

Have you tried resetting the unit using the reset button on the back of the unit? If not, please try pressing and holding the reset button for four seconds.
