Upgraded firmware on WD Sharespace 4TB

had some issues so upgraded and i’ve tried resetting and “zero’ing” all the disks but its still failing to create the Datavolume

I don’t have any data on the device (i removed it prior to this) and i’m just trying to get the 4 disks in a raid 5 setup anyone able to help? i just can’t seem to get the device to work anymore

Can you access the dashboard? What colors do you see on the front leds?

My disks fail to mount after upgrade firmware to 2.3.02?  What is WD solution to this problem experience by many that seems to be caused by the firmware upgrade.
