Apologies if this has been answered already.

I’m trying to upgrade mycloudex2ultra drive. and when I log on to the device using the http://mycloudex2ultra.local/ URL the dashboard is covered by pop up, and there is no way to click on any of the links on the pop up screen or even on the ok button

Any Ideas?

Shouldn’t make any difference but have you tried just entering the IP address of your NAS (eg 192.168.x.x)?

Yeah same thing happens get the popup box and then can’t do anymore

OK, try a 40 second reset. If that doesn’t work, disconnect your router from the internet and try accessing the dashboard again.
