i currently have a WD My Book. I am looking to upgrade to an EX4100 and it will be used mainly for Plex. Anyone have any experience? WIll the EX4100 do the job and transcode and the cloud work nicely with Plex? Also, does anyone know if my current My Book hard drives are compatible with the EX4100? Thanks

As long as the drive is formatted on one of the following formats, you should be able to use it.
NTFS (Read and write capability)
HFS+J
FAT32
