Upgrade firmware of WD2002FYPS-02W3B0

I have NAS from Synolgy and I bought 2 x WD2002FYPS-02W3B0.

According to:

It is recommended to upgrade this HDD's firmware before use for improved stability by Western Digital. Please contact Western Digital for more information.

Can somone pls explain step by step howto do firmware upgrade on  WD2002FYPS-02W3B0?

The only thing I can find is the following:

"This version of the utility requires that the disk drive be attached to a motherboard SATA controller. This version of the utility requires that you boot to DOS.

To run the utility, ensure that the files 0405G05.exe and 0405G05.bin are in the same subdirectory, and type 0405G05."

The included PDF file states that the upgrade is for model WD2002FYPS-01U1B0 with current firmware version 04.05G04. After the update it becomes WD2002FYPS-01U1B1 and 04.05G05.

I’ve tried to upgrafe the firmware, but it doesn’t work.

It seems, only WD2002FYPS 01U1B0 with firmware 04.05G04 can be upgraded to firmware 04.05G05.

I have WD2002FYPS 02W3B0 with firmware 04.01G01 and this can NOT be upgraded to 04.05G05.

BTW where can I find firmware upgrade for WD2002FYPS 02W3B0 with firmware 04.01G01?
