well this is a post in the Live Plus forum … but, is this the Screen you’re seeing ?

if so … then the Live Hub is in “Recovery Mode”
i guess you can do what Tony says (eg. wait the 5 mins with the firmware stick in)
but in all honesty … i’ve never had this issue with my 5 Year Old Live Hub
