Updraft back ups to my cloud

HI Im struggling to connect to my cloud with updraft.

IT says failed to connect.

I can use the same log ins via my FTP client and it connects to my cloud fine.

Updraft i can connect to another webserver of mine with out issues so doesn’t seem like a updraft issue.

its a EX2 ultra my cloud if makes any difference.
