I just bought a WD Passport for storage. I tried to install it but it said “This version of WD Discovery is no longer supported and is out of date.”
So, I dowloaded the latest version but installation failed saying “We are experiencing issues.”
What should I do now?

If your are using My Passport drive then I would recommend you to check with your antivirus software which might be preventing that software to function.
