Updating Firmware Version 3.01.19 NO GO

First time im having problems updating over the internet. It saids that i have network problems which is not true. It just won’t update. Tried 3 times and after downloading the entire firmware it saids that i have network problems and my internet conection is fine.

Anyone with this problem?

Are you using a wireless or wired connection? If wireless, just for the update, connect your device using a wire.

Try updating via USB instead…

Me too I tried it twice both times it gets to 100% then after a bit it comes up with the error.

Gigabit wired connection Comcast broadband.

Download it and upgrade using a USB flashdrive.

Wired, OK!
