Updating Firmware for My Cloud - Stuck at 0%

Hi,

I have just purchased WD My Cloud. I am setting it up now. However, whenever I want to go the the dashboard to manage the users and so, it starts updating the firmware. It stays at 0% downloading with no progress. I tried it many times, and still the same. I tried the following:

  1. Restarting the computer

  2. Trying to update it from another computer.

  3. Trying to download the file and manually update firware from http://www.wd.com/wdproducts/updates/?family=wdfmycloud

Nothing works…I am a bit frustrated. Any help please?

The link you posted is for WD My Cloud EX4, not the MyCloud that this forum is for.
