Acronis has released an updated version of ExtremeZ-IP that improves compatibility with OSX Mavericks. Any chance that we can get access to the installer?

We don’t support OEM versions of ExtremeZ-IP. You cannot download any upgrades either. This is up to Western Digital to push out an update. Moreover, we don’t have serial numbers in our database for OEM versions.
