I just updated to the new firmware and now my movies do not play. I can see all of the movies and when I click on them, the play screen comes up, but the movie does not play. They were playing perfectly before I updated. I should not have installed this firmware. Anyone else experience this. A little frustrated. Is there a way I can go back to the old firmware?
What WDTV do you have, because you posted in the WDTV Live Streaming forum.
Before rolling back try resetting to factory defaults via the internal setup menu.

You must download the correct firmware from the pages above (they are special versions which allow rollback) and follow the instructions.
