Update to firmware 1.05.21

hi, my my cloud mirror 8TB asked to do a firmware update. 

I clicked yes, it did it’s update, but i never got a conformation it compleated. it is now sat with all 3 led steady blue but is not visable on my network.

Please help

tried to email for support but the page returns “An error was encountered during knowledge base search.”

i cannot email for support with both IE or Chrome

I have notified the Support teams about this.

About the email or the brick i have with all my data on after this firmware update. My drive is now sat in standby mode. Green data led on the back, just not talking.
