Update problem

Hi everyone

This is my first time on here so please be gentle !

I have just recently installed a My Book Essential on my PC and everything went fine until it said there was an update available.

Everytime I try to install the update I get the message “drive in use”. What am I doing wrong ?

Also is it safe to delete files from my PC once they are backed up on the My Book ?

Unless you are having issues with the drive don’t bother with the updates I don’t. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it.
