Hi, I’m facing with my NAS WD PR4100, Firmware update failed when I try downgrade from OS5 to OS3. Now I can not connect with my nas using IP, can not SSh, can not do anything except power off. I have tried hard reset with 4s or 40s but Error still display on screen. Could you please help me fix this error, Many thanks.
