Unsupported format error when i play MP4 file

when i play this movie and try to skip go forward its hang and stuck this this message is showing when i try to play any movie until i turn off the WD.

unsupported format error  any help this is the file

**bleep** all, beleive it or not, I just unplug the unit and wait 20 seconds, then plug back in and it plays these hiccups, which are very annoying. I have problems with plain . AVI’s, much less an MKV. I will not ever go back to the WD products, and instead go to Micca EP-350, which plays everything flawlessly. Also the Slim HD 1080p workd flawlessly . Try this, and you might be surprised
