Unstable and very slow connection to WD MyCloud

I have a problem with My Cloud 2TB that has a very slow connection and unstable, I can’t open the webpage for the Cloud it takes minutes to open and to put a setting, also when I want to view files it takes more than 5 minutes to view them and after few minutes it turns offline!!!,
The connection speed between me and My Cloud 1 Gb/s,

I used FTP to transfer files it transfers pretty fast but after few files, it turns offline!!

I’ve done a hard reset (40s reset) but the problem is still
