I have a movie that is not playing and causes the device to hang and needs a restart
I got its info through mediainfo software
I wonder if the form is supported or not , if not are there plans in the future

Nothing obviously wrong with that video other than it’s an obvious torrent download.
So since it’s a torrent, ask the people who pirated it for help.
And next time paste the text output of Mediainfo instead of wasting space with a fuzzy picture.
I recently got this problem too. ALthough, i’ve watched torrents on my TV Live all the time.
I have quite a few videos that meet specs but won’t play for some reason. I have found that simply remuxing them will cause them to play. I remux them to both mkv and mp4 and they play either way. I use ffmpeg to do this. You should be able to search and find a suitable remuxing tool such as MP4BOX or MKVMERGE or something.
