Drive is auto-unlock in my own computer so I can use it on my computer but I forgot the password so I can not unlock it on other computers. Is there any way to reset password while its unlocked on my computer without using the existing password ??
Welcome to the Community. Unfortunately, permanently removing the password will require for you to manually input the password. If you no longer remember it then what you can do is to trigger the lock mechanism to erase the entire drive alongside the password. Please refer to page 56 of User’s Manual for instructions.
