How do I get WD Smartware to backup outlook.pst?

If you are using the latest version 1.6.2 you might have problems with .pst files, check if you still have the installation file for the old version inside the external hard drive.

I am using 1.6.1. The update failed and the update icon does nothing when I click on it.
