I have a 3TB WD Essential USB 3.0 Drive that I unlock when in windows 7 and it shows up with another drive and lets me read the files, but if i do it under XP it unlocks the drive but system doesn’t see the drive with my files.
Only logical reason is because Windows XP is limited to 2 TB and doesn’t know what to do with 3TB.
What do you think folks?
To my understanding XP only reads up to 2.2 TB units.
