Unit not connected

I connect my new My cloud for first time with no problems, in my first data loading from mac to My Cloud the unit stop and I need to disconnect from power.

Now I Cant find My cloud on internal net or internet. The unit seems disconnected.

Please help me

What color is the front LED?
Are you able to reach the My Cloud Dashboard using a web browser (typically http://wdmycloud)?
Have you checked your router to see what IP address it is giving to the My Cloud and input that address into your web browser to try and access the Dashboard?
Have you tried a 4 second reset or a 40 second system reset?
