Unable to view ANY files after latest fw upgrade

Nothing is working even after resetting all.

rolled back and all works fine…what’s up with the new release???

Upgraded again from internet and all seems to work fine

“why it didn’t work in the first place” combined with a redo and working again sounds like the 1st update was partial / incomplete, leaving it in a broken state. Perhaps an intermittent internet connection or packet loss caused it.
