Unable to verify firmware error- I Cant access My Cloud

I dont know what happened since it was working fine, now I keep getting this error when trying to connect to it, can’t access it on wdmycloud.com, connect it directly by ethernet or the local server either by connecting to a mac or a windows computer. Tried doing a both resets described in the manual but they won’t work either. Led light keeps flashing blue rapidly

All I can get is an “Unable to verify firmware” error when trying to configure the device via WDSync.

Is there any way I can fix this or at least access my files directly so I can do a backup?
