Unable to use web version of mycloud

I tired several times to log in into files.mycloud.com

The login is taking ages and most of the time doesn’t work and is extremely slow.

The strange thing is that in the rare case when I can go thru the login page, the web client works perfectly.

I am connecting from Italy. Wondering if you are having server maintenance or problems at the moment.

UPDATE: the problem is really weird; seems to be an OS issue or an IP configuration problem, in fact I can login and download very fast from my laptop that is connected to the router wirelessly but for some reasons I can’t login in from my windows pc (tried with chrome and Firefox).

What happend is that I got redirected to the login page in an infinite loop

once again: the problem is relateted to the login page, the unit is fully working and connected

What is different between the two computers? How are they configured? What Operating System runs in each computer, and how many updates are installed?
