I apologize if this is a dumb question… I get an error when I try to upload pix and vids from my iPhone. It began after I installed the My Cloud update. I get a pop up: “Cache size is not large enough to hold this file. Please increase cache size in device settings.” Is anyone else having this problem? How do I fix this?

Within the app’s settings you will be provided an option to change the cache (Space) reserved for application to use.
