Good morning everyone,
I can not upload pictures, nor videos using my mobile device SAMSUNG GALAXY S7 Edge.
Cloud Model: “My Cloud Personal Cloud Storage”
I have successfully uploaded files from Laptop but not able to do it with this new mobile phone.
At the moment of uploading the file I can see the picture progress being uploaded in the Activity Tab.
I can also see the upload progress being completed.
But at the moment I refresh the Folder were it was supposed to be saved (Either in “ALL” nor in “Photo” tabs) the pictures simply does not appear.
Troubleshooting performed:
- Change Password
- Delete and Download “My Cloud” App from Play Store
- Checked for latest App Version (currently using 4.4.8) latest
- Upgrade Firmware
- Physically Reset of Cloud by unplugging power cord
- Physically Reset of Cloud by pressing bottom behind device
- Cleared Cache
It is getting pretty frustrating, I would really appreciate your support guys.
