Unable to update, change or delete user, error codes 400053 and 400049

Logged in to MyCloud over LAN via MacBook Pro.  Unable to update, change or delete the second user.  I am able to add and delete other users, but not this one?  Two error codes 400053 and 400049.  Unable to use this account for any action.

Is this user in use or logged with a private share in your network? Have you tried a reboot before attempting deletion?
