Unable to sync file from pc with WD Sync to my cloud mirror gen2

hello all,
i have install wd sync version 1.4.6698.8727,and login into my account .i can see my device ans create a sync pair.
then something goes wrong. when i start wd sync with non-admin windows account,i always get “no internet connect” errors.
when i i start wd sync with windows admin account,connection seems ok ,a sync fold create on my cloud. but wd sync NEVER sync file,all my file in \My Cloud never seen in my cloud.

IN the same LAN, the latest version of WD Sync for Mac works fine.windows version just never work,even i disable Windows firewall and all others firewalls.

WDmycloud web site works fine.
my cloud Android works fine.

is this a BUG in windows version???
any ideas to resolve this.

it’s so strange that wdsync keeps trying to connect localhost ,there is nothing here.logs as following

it seems this what cause network connection issues.
dns resolve ? and url parameters seems wrong(however ,this may be just url tempate)
