i am unable to see my 5 GHZ SSID in network lists while i can see 2.4 GHZ SSID in list, every thing is setup fine as per instructions, any help ?
Are you sure your devices are 5GHz capable? Are you sure you have the 5GHz SSID set to broadcast?
I have the same problem. I have a Belkin N600 router broadcasting two seperate SSIDs. One is 2.4 Ghz, the other 5 GHz, but my WD tv live g3 (with the latest firmware) only sees the 2.4 GHz SSID. I’ve tried almost any combination of security options on the 5 GHz WLAN, but nothing changes…
The WDTV only supports the 2.4GHz band, thus the fact that it can’t see your 5 GHz SSID is normal.
