Unable to see Files and Folders using browser

MyCLoudEX2Ultra with firmware 5.32.102

Access via the app is fine. From a browser, multiple users are reporting that they cannot access ‘Files and Folders’. The Photos area is operating normally.

Any suggestions? The error message ‘an unexpected error has occurred’ is not very useful.
