Unable to schedule USB Backup job from My Cloud EX2 to My Book

Hi,
I have a My Cloud EX2 (running firmware 2.10.310) and want to schedule a periodic backup to a My Book attached by USB. Unfortunately the job can only be triggered manually or when connecting the USB cable.
Any chance to include this feature in a next release of the OS.
