My PC died which has continually had files backed up to My Ultra. On attaching the Ultra to my replacement laptop it prompts for the applications to be loaded which it duly has. However on trying to restore the files which I assumed were on the Ultra it says there are no files to restore. I can see from the Quick View that there is 30% usage so I know there must be files photos etc present. Any ideas? Sorry for being so simple but have i missed the point???

I have the same problem. This is the most basic use of the WD Passport restore function. It should be simply and automatic. Instead, its confusing. Help WD staff!
