Unable to Restore Acronis Image Backup

I receive the attached error while restoring data from an acronis image backup. The backup is located on my PC’s hard drive but was created from shares on a My Book Live drive. The destination is a My Cloud EX2 Ultra. Looking at the destination, I see folder structures get created but no files…

I could appreciate some feed back. The MyBook Live trade-in offer has been a disaster to date.
