Unable to register on support portal

Hi , I am trying to resiter on the below portal as a new user :-

https://westerndigital.secure.force.com/ind/id_userregistration?lang=en_US

But everytime i do that it gives me the below error

Registration was unsuccessful.

With no other warning or validation error. Pls help, need to create an RMA for my 2tb drive
