Unable to register my WD products

Hi,

I’m having the same issue, I can’t register my WD product, after entering the necessary datas and pressing continue the web have this process loading thing. But after that my registered products is Zero.

I am having the same issue too. I have tried different browsers but it still can’t work. It still can’t register products
