Unable to read or format

Hi everyone , 

I dont know what going inside my hard drive, it ask for password when i tried to open and then my pc mouse keeps buffering thats it , i am unable to read anything.

If i tried to open through smart ware soft ware but its showing  ‘No writable WD SMartWare partition found’.  let me know solution for it . Finally i decided to format , here comes another problem i  am unable to format  , its showing some warning message.

Thanks in advance , please get me out from this problem , give solution to format  atleast

You can try formatting the unit with  the DLG formatting utility.

Also through the option that is asking you for the password, if you type the wrong password 5 times, it should give you an option to format the drive.
