I have a My Cloud EX2 NAS connected to my network and I cannot access it with a specific computer.
In my network, I have 8 workstations and a file server. From all stations, I can access the file server and from only 7 stations I can access my NAS.
The computer that is in trouble, can connect to the file server, but cannot connect to the NAS.
When I try to connect with the extension in question, I can see my network, the NAS, but I cannot connect to it. I tried directly by putting his name: \MyCloudEX2Ultra, but the post tells me that he is unable to reach the device.
I receive this error: “wndows cannot access MyCloudEX2Ultra” error code: 0x80070035
