UNABLE TO POWER ON !! HELP PLEASE ! My Book Home Edition WDH1CS10000
When i on the power plug.
The WD HD will have a 1-2 sec light on. and then stopped immediately. It stop powering up.
I’m the only user of this hard disk
and i seldom on it… unless i need to put in some movie.
Please help me… i wish to save it before i went for an exchange.
I dunno what wrong.
it is never move. And is place in a dry cool area.
Please tell me what shld i do?
is it the power adaptor Spoil?
or is the motherboard of the hard disk spoil?
