Anyone know why I can’t play mov files using the MyCloud app. Mov files were saved from an old iMac to MyCloud. Any suggestions?
@Rnaval Which app? I played this movie, .mov , using Windows Media Player. I Opened it with the Desktop app on my Dell PC, Windows 10.

On what device?
On the My Cloud app for Android when opening a MOV file it asks me to choose a media file player app on the phone. Once I select a media player app that will play MOV file (MX Player in my case) the file will play.
