Unable to map drives

Forgive me if this is a stupid question but I am totally lost. I bought a new computer today and now that I have it set up I am having trouble mapping my 3 My Cloud drives. I can see them under network, but when I click on them I only have the choices to view device webpage or create shortcut. I am unable to map or access the contents on the drive. My media is also not showing up on my Plex, which I assume is because they are not mapped.

How can I get them mapped again? (I am terrible at all of this, but I thought all I did on my last computer was right click on them and select map drive, but not an option) Any help would be amazing!

Do you have Admin rights to your computer? Mapping drives options are generally not available if you are guest user or limited privilege user.

What operating system does the new computer have?
