Unable to Logon to admin Cloud Account

My Cloud Ultra ex2 - This is what I get - Can not log on

Other troubleshooting steps.
Reboot the My Cloud device.
Try a different web browser when using the MyCloud.com web portal.
Confirm the user account one is using has Cloud Access enabled in the My Cloud Dashboard.
Use a mobile device and the OS5 My Cloud mobile app to see if you can gain remote access.

It is also possible the problem is on WD’s back end. Wouldn’t be the first time there was a glitch in their systems that prevented one from remotely logging into their My Cloud using the MyCloud.com web portal or the OS5 My Cloud mobile apps.

Note: There is a specific subforum for the OS5 My Cloud EX2 Ultra where users more familiar with that device may be able to assist.
