I tried accessing the my cloud ex2 ultra this morning and am unable to do so.
I can ping the device.
The lights for both hard drive bays are glowing and at the back, the in and out lights are also glowing.
However, when I navigate to the static I have assigned to the my cloud ex2 ultra, I get a connection reset error.
I can however login via ssh.
How do I see if my data is ok and how do I access this device via its web interface?
