Unable to login nor create mycloud.com account

Is anyone else having problems logging into their mycloud.com account?
I have reported the problem and I am awaiting a response. My own computer system has an EX4100 and I was unable to log into my existing account nor would the error log successfully send via the dashboard. I set up an EX4 at a friends and a new account could not be created.
This would suggest a problem at the server end perhaps but if no one else is experiencing the difficulty, I don’t know what is wrong.
The system works perfectly in all other respects and I have just manually updated the firmware but this has made no difference. I am able to log in with the ‘mycloud’ app on my phone.
Is there something that I am doing wrong?
