Unable to login in mycloud.com

Hi.

I’m unable to login to mycloud.com. After I type my credentials, I either receive a timeout, an xml error or am redirected to sign in page again.

Anyone experiencing the same problem?

I cannot even open the login page. It just went blank.

I have the same problem, yesterday I received an email talking about GoodSync, I think WD won’t work on next releases of wd sync and mycloud.com, we will have to configure goodsync in our NAS

I had the same problem, not being able to log in.
After pushing 4 seconds the "reset"button on the backside and waiting for about one minute, the EX2 Ultra was reset and I could login on the admin without a password (= the standard).
All files and settings were still intact.

Today, i purchased a MyCloud PR4100 and I can’t log in to mycloud.com is that normal?

Looks like the login issue has been resolved. I’m able to login to MyCloud.com now.

on mycloud.com I try to reset password without success …

An email was sent to xxxxx@xxxxx.XXX with further instructions on resetting your password.

I never get any email. What is up?

I believe it was an internal WD problem with the system. Yesterday, about 0h GMT the problem was solved and all returned to normality with being able to sign in and access the contents.
